Maths and Art

Today for maths we learnt all about symmetry and what better way to put our learning into practise than by drawing and tracing a monarch butterfly . We used pastels and tracing paper to draw one side of a monarch butterfly and then learnt about halves as we had to fold our paper in half then put it up against a window to trace. Our butterflies look fantastic watch this space as we are planning on competing them later this week.
