Hello parents,
Just letting you know that each day every child spends time with Mrs Turner in a structured guided reading session with a group of other children at the same reading level as themselves. Each day the children take a reader home - which is the reader they have worked on with the teacher. To encourage self-management the children have to put their reader into their book bags - not the teacher. If your child doesn't have a reader in their book bag and their notebook says they should have a reader you need to ask your child first and then come and tell me the next morning.
