Planting seeds for the bees

Did you know we had a bee hive at school? For science yesterday and writing this morning we planted seeds that are bee friendly flowers. We will be making observations each day and recording the grow of the seeds on a chart in class. We looked at the different in seed shapes colours and size and talked about what seeds need to grow. We used Tui Garden Bee Mix - which is one of the schools sponsors for our gardens
